The Domaine du Petit Coteau is the certified organic arm of the well-known Chateau Moncontour estate. The domaine is situated close to the Loire river and enjoys good sun exposure coupled with excellent temperature variation during the night and day. The soils are mainly clay and chalk.

Made by the traditional Champagne method from Chenin Blanc grapes. Slow pressing at low pressure. Fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature. Maturation for at least 12 months on the lees after second fermentation in the bottle.
